I think the bolt idea would be the easiest. Good idea. You will just have to be careful not to strip them out. I would use a socket cap to make it easier to tighten.

I need my new studs to be 10mm-12mm longer than the stock studs. I do believe that there is 3 different types of studs for the jug.

i wouldnt hesitate to put bolts in at all, as long as they are of good quality and the bolt holes in the case that you are sticking them in are in good condition. good luck

I do believe that I have found a solution, My engine builder will machine them for me for about $3 a piece.
I would like how the bolt idea would look better, but I better do things right...
