| Thrust washers at both ends. Its the top ones that (not if they go out its when the go out) will trash your whole motor. The billet ones arnt stamped/stepped so you need the shorter any year RM bearing. Cheap insurance!

| by the top ones you mean the ones at the piston end? those aren't the ones that went out for me.... or do i get billet washers for the top and bottom ones? this problem is all new to me so pardon my ignorance.

| I don't know much about LT's but I know one thing none of my honda 250r's have thrust washers on the wrist pin, their only on the lower pin where the rod and the crank sandwich together, and I'd imagine its the same for the LT's too.

| The LTs have them on top and on bottom. The ones that usually trash the motor are the top ones. Yes, the ones at the piston. The reason for needing an RM 250 bearing is because the billet washers are thicker than the factory ones, so you need a bearing that is not as wide. Dr.Q doesnt have billet thrust washers for the large end of the rod as far as I know.

| My LT never had them on the lower pin... that is why they need them on the wrist pin... Out of the 5 LT cranks I have seen, only one had thrust washers on the crank pin... |

| Well they should have them, The part# for 85-86 is 09160-26017 and 87-92 is 09160-24015.

| Yeah the washers that went on mine were the bottom ones. However, since I can't find shrapnel anywhere I'm wondering if they were never there? The top has them, and they're fine....but no sign of the bottom ones. Also, I signed up on hq and never received my email for confirmation....who should I contact over there?
