Default Redline oil

Anyone using redline oil in their transmissions? I lost my drain plug yesterday while i was riding and lost all the honda red transmission oil that was in it. Didn't hurt the bike because it got it back to the house right away. I got another plug for it but didn't have anymore honda oil. I run Redline in all of my cars and have heard it works great for quads. So, i put in a quart of 10-40 redline motor oil.

On the bottle, it says Redline oil will work great with wet clutches. I'm just wanting to know if anyone else is using Redline in their bikes and if you are......what kind of luck have you had? Notice any differences? Bad or Good? BTW - i have a 92 lt250r

Thanks...

I have a 90 lt250r and run Valvoline 10w-30. The redline oil should be more that enough.
