whats a good asking price?

I'm thinking about selling my quad, its an 88 LT250R in great shape, only thing it needs is its stock front tires replaced, has new FMF exhaust, runs perfect and everything is tight and solid, a very low hour machine, just not sure what its worth.

if i had to guess, about 2,750 ish. Hard to tell the condition from the pictue.

You should keep it man. They dont bring in much 1000-1800
IMO they are worth more but people dont wanna pay for them. Heck I got mine free.

I have about $2000 in it and thought about asking $1700 for it, everyone comments on its condition and how good it looks. I hate to sell it but right now I'm in a financial bind and dont have much choice but to let her go.

that's fair 2 years ago I bought a pair of them (1) 1989 & (1) 1990 for $3000 so $1700 is a fair price. It will take the right person to buy it, but if anybody that is looking for one will probably know what they are getting.
