| Hello everyone, I just bought a freshly rebuilt Quadzilla and I have noticed a popping sound when i rev the motor, I put my hand on the front of the side case around the water pump area it seems to be related to the power valve assembly from what i can gather i havent taken the case off yet but i wanted to see if anyone has had this problem before i go digging into her. Any help will be greatly appreciated, Zillbilly. |

| Do it only do it at WOT? I had a popping noise too and thought it was detonating. But later I found out that it was a vibration and the chain kept hitting the swing arm. That and one of my bolts that goes through the motor on the bottom was loose. -Mark
