| Wow, I need to start by saying wow. I just finished the installation of my Dr. Q pipe and modded intake and carb from the good doctor. He modded the carb, reed cage and intake boot. He also gave me direction on purchasing new 2002 CR250 reeds and reed stops. The reed stops needed to be redrilled for the cage but I used the reeds as a template and it worked great. Now for the good news - the machine has unbelievable power. I was running a fmf and stock intake and carb. I can not believe the difference. The machine revs out way more - I am guessing around 8k compared to the stock redline of 5-5.5k. This thing is just slightly faster than my 421 cub although I will need to re-race them next weekend as well. Because the cub was too rich on the main and I was not getting 100% of the power out of the cub. I was running with a number of 450's YFZ's and TRX's - heavily moded with cams, head work, high comrpression, intakes, and exhausts. No one was even close. Just hit the power band in second and everyone was left in the dust. I could not recomend a better pipe!!! I even had to call the good doctor in the middle of the pipe mounting and he was able to assist on the fly. Can not find that type of service from the other pipe manufactures. Get ahold of the doctor if you are in need of a scary fast machine. My hats off to the best - Dr. Q!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! You have a client for life. Now I am in search of a Z400 race ready machine (I love the elkas from my experience on my banshee) to transplant this motor into. I have done some mesurements and it looks as though the motor and pipe should fit a Z400 frame. I need a chassis that can run the woods trails around here without bucking me off the machine. Too fast for the stock lt500 chassis. at least on the trails here in MN

| i totally agree. doc ported my cylinder, rechambered the head, ported my intake, rx'd my carb, rx'd my piston and i installed his 87 v force reed cage and lt250/500 pipe/silencer. the bike starts the first kick everytime, plug was brown from the get go, and while i broke it in, he kept in contact the whole time. besides having a wealth of knowledge, he makes sure everything is kosher with the customer. great dude. |

| MinnZilla, man you just hyped me up some more! Now I really can't wait to send him my motor, I should be sending it in the next couple of months as the great Dr.Q is very backed up with work. If you contact him, have him put you on his Magic list, and one day the good ole Doc will contact you when he is ready to Rx your motor for you. Patience is a virtue |

| MX86 I am from Minneapolis although we go riding mostly in Nemaji forest near just south of Duluth. evil twin - Yes it was not running right and I will get a video of the race although even with the shee running correctly I do not think I will have much on the lt anymore? I will keep you posted with the results although we are not going riding this weekend will be two weeks before I can confirm the results. I just wanted to let everyone know about the massive change that can be had with a little work from the doctor.
