lowering rear suspension

I'm gona start flatteracking my zilla, and I need to hear methods of lowering the suspension.....I got the front taken care of, but the rear is proving to be more of a challenge

A new shock or shorter spring is all you can do I think.

LT230/250 4-stroke rear shock. Bolts right up (with a couple hand-made spacers) but drops it 2 1/2 inches minimum. I put one on my zilla last winter for ice racing. Felt real nice.

You Da Man Kane....I'll have to be on the lookout. I just unscrewed the preload as far as I could, that got it low enough, but I'd like it another inch or 1 1/2 lower if I could. I'm gonna start a thread with pics just for the sake of posting them....thanks again!

*cringe* god no....way too expensive of a mistake to roll it...

truthfully, I came closer to rolling yours today...haha. I let it come off the pipe in the corner, and went to rip on the throttle again, and it fell on its face so it 2 wheeled bad instead of ripping sideways...haha

Maybe you could try smaller rear tires until you can do what Kane said.

already went that route peter.....i'm running 18 inch tall flattrack tires....
