 Painting My zilla fenders. Hey guys I want to paint the Zilla fenders Black and I know I have seen how to do it on E2S before but I cant seem to find the thread, anyway what paint should I use and How should I prep it before I paint? I just cant spend 500 bucks on new fenders right now. Thanks for all your help. Brian Burghout Phoenix AZ

 painting fenders use comet, and a brillo pad, and rub it clean until it doesn't shine, and then use krylon fusion paint, and even put a clear coat on over that to give it a little more gloss. hope that helps! -andy

| I tried that fusion stuff on my 500R and it still scratches pretty easy.

| I hate painting plastics...scratches off WAY too easy. Buy new ones. It will all scrathch off. I have had people say that painting plastics works...I havnt seen a successfull attemp yet haha.
