Angry Ok this driving me nuts.......

I have an 89 lt500r. I have rebuilt it and I keep getting a case gasket that is leaking. I have no Idea what I am doing wrong. I have ripped it apart twice but it still seems to do it. I have to put a clutch in it soon and that will be a good time to pull the motor. What do you think? And one more question, how big can i go on the piston before I have to re-sleeve the jug> Im at 90mm right now.

First, clean the cases real well ( in the frame) to find where the leak is coming from. Then you can inspect for any damage, dent, scratch, gouge, ect., before reassembly. You can inspect the case better by laying it out on an inspection block, a sheet of glass, using a METAL scale (ruler).

You're at the point of needing to be resleeved NOW. Hell, Wiseco only goes to 89.5
