Depending on elevation, Im at about 1700ft, I'd move the clip down one notch on the needle and go with a 185 main 1.5 turns on the air screw. Do a plug chop, 5th gear wot hit the kill switch pull in the clutch. Check the color , tan is probably lean you want a nice chocolate color. Get your main right first then we'll go from there

Never argue with an idiot. They'll just drag you down to their level, and beat you with experience!

I would say that the 60 pilot was ok. maybe a little rich. I have a 52 in my 250r. Something just doesn't sound right. When I did my friends stock zilla we had a 39mm with a 58 pilot and 172 main. You are at a little lower elevation with a pipe you should be a bit richer than that.

i put 60 back in tried a 172 main 1.5 turns on screw seems to be better now it seems that run better with a 160 the any thing but i figured that was lean because most of you guys are clear up in 180 to 190 range

Try giving your air screw another 1/4 to1/2 turn. But be careful you can easily lean her out pretty fast with the air screw

I just finished jetting mine. The motor is stock, but I have reeds and FMF pipe/Sil with a PWK 39MM carb at around 1000 ft. I also run a K&N Air filter with the air box lid off, here are my specs:

Main - 175
Piolet - 52
Needle - 2nd Position from top
Air Screw - 1 1/4 Turns out
