Id say you are lean also, thats what i am running in 250R. Its a little rich but not bad.

the plug looks like tan about the way my 4 stroke looks like my predator has a 150 but anything much bigger then that it starts to flood i tried a 180 in the quadzilla and when you open it up it just starts cutting out so i whent to a back 160 and it runs like a bear

i played with the carb today it had a 60 pilot and 160 main needle was 3 one down seemed to run okay plug was tan so i tried to move the clip down and put a 50 pilot in and whent to a 175 main but now it cuts out when you are wide open at high rpms and has a bog to it screw is around 1.5 turn

| I would say that the 60 pilot was ok. maybe a little rich. I have a 52 in my 250r. Something just doesn't sound right. When I did my friends stock zilla we had a 39mm with a 58 pilot and 172 main. You are at a little lower elevation with a pipe you should be a bit richer than that.

i put 60 back in tried a 172 main 1.5 turns on screw seems to be better now it seems that run better with a 160 the any thing but i figured that was lean because most of you guys are clear up in 180 to 190 range

Try giving your air screw another 1/4 to1/2 turn. But be careful you can easily lean her out pretty fast with the air screw
