question on powerpros pipe?

Hey everyone, Just got done ordering two powerpros pipes today for me and my dad's 500s. i just bought my 88 about a month ago and my dad has had his 90 for about 8 years now. They are both extreamly stock with only about two bores on the jugs and that is it. We still have the stock mukinis on and i was wondering what i need to do as far as jetting for them. Just wondering what you guys thought.

I have a set of Vforce 3 intake reeds for sale that would help wake it up with the pipe.

ya i would get those reeds, get a filter and take off the airbox cover, ive heard that just simple mods like that on zillas give you alot more power

and powerpros normally makes pipes for other companies then the company jsut puts there name on it, and example is taht power pros makes the same blaster pipe for ct, trinity, and project blaster

I would take $80.00 for the reed cage Vforce 3 they are brand new 1 ride on them.They would wake the 500 up with the pipe and reeds and get a good air filter

I have the power pros pipe. You'll loose a little low end but pick up mid range and top end. I went 2-3 jet sizes up but I maxed out the stock carb. I went with a 41mm PWK and it really picked up RPMS. Its a good pipe for the price. -Mark

Yeah that would be good idea. I just ordered SB designs filter conversoin kit that uses a clamp on uni filter from the trx 250r. Yeah those reeds would be great. Let me know how you want me to pay for them. I was going to get that pretty soon anyway. Thanks alot pipejob1.

I got a 39mm PWK on my 250r and was thinking about getting a 38mm air stryker for it and putting the 39 on my 500. Would that be big enough?
