 He bought a new cylinder from ebay, had it sleeved at rpm. (which is in auburn) He had them put the motor back together. I have the old cylinder as well. The base has a large crack the wraps half way around. He also bought the carb new and installed it himself. He is an auto mechanic and has to many projects and had recently lost his job. I had a post on craigslist, forever ago, and he responded. I think at the time he was asking more than I wanted to spend and he contacted me last week again, with a different price. This time I bought it.

| I'm glad to hear that. I was concerned the seller didn't tell you, which would have been BS. Any which way, I think you got a great deal! I think I recall your post on craigslist. I always wondered if people responded to WANTED posts on craigslist ... now I know. What is the bore size with the resleeve? Also, did he say why he had paddle tires? They are not very common for riding in this area, unless he was using them in the snow or maybe for pit riding??? What is the PWK carb running for a main jet?

| Its a 90. I threw the paddles on for now, I have never ridden a bike with paddles before. The slicks are seated very well on the rims, I have ran them over with my jeep several times to break the bead, but no success.
