| I'm pretty sure its around 500 for the pipe and if you act now I think you can get one, because his second run of them has came in.

| I have a Trinity (similar to Power Pros) on my 87 and I have a Q Pipe for my 89. I have yet to actually try the Q pipe so I can't really comment on the performance yet. However, I can tell you that there is no comparison in terms of construction. The Q pipe is truly a thing of beauty ... I'm impressed. I can also tell you that I'm not really impressed with the performance of the Trinity pipe. I really didn't notice much of an improvement over the stock pipe. Of course, I'm comparing two different machines. 87 with Trinity pipe versus an 89 with stock pipe. With that said, they are both stock machines. I know another LT500 rider who competes in hill climb events. He recently replaced his CT Outlaw Pipe with a Q Pipe and he definitely notices the difference. He seems very happy with his new setup. Send me a PM and I can get you his contact info if you want to ask him about it; he is not a member on this site. I will be trying the Q pipe out in the coming weeks. If it lives up to what others have told me, I will may be buying another one to replace my Trinity pipe. If you are interested in a Q pipe, go to QHQ and PM "DR Q". Ask him for a price for a Q pipe for an LT500 and give him the year. I don't think the model year matters but whatever. If you want to buy one, simply send him another PM and tell him you want to be put on the list for a Q pipe and again note the model and year. When the batch is ready, he will contact you for payment. Once payment is received, he very promptly ships you the pipe. By the way, make sure your power (exhaust) valve is working and set properly before putting on a new pipe. SZ

| Dr Q pipes are made by matt shear guy that builds the good pipes for the shee's.I just got shear pipes for my shee and a buddie has a Q pipe on his zilla very good quality and fit.Q used to hand make the pipes but guess he got a contract with matt.Bad thing is I dont think matt will sell you one.

| I have seen dr q vs. an ftz pipe on a dyno and the ftz won by a few hp. But that dr Q pipe i seen is a beautiful pipe. |

| I too have heard of that dyno sheet and I'm pretty sure that was on a 250 not a 500. but yes Matt shearer does build the Q pipes, and no he will not sell you one. They are Dr.Q's design all the way, matt just peiced them together for him.
