Hey.

New this fine information galleria.

Have a quick question. I have a 98 RM 125.. Brandnew top end , new reeds, new air filter , new spark plug/wire/coil.

Anywho , my bike wont hit its power band since the rebuild. I have changed from stock reeds to dual stage reeds. Is the new reed causing my powerband issue?Would the new reeds cause it to flood?

Its like , i hit somewhere around 5500-6000 rmp and it sputters , and i cant get her to kick out of it untill i come back down in rpm. Also , when i am in nuetral or cluch in , and i Rev the engine , she sounds fine... just when im on it , shes got nothing.

sounds like the jetting is off, do a plug chop, probbaly want to go up a size or 2 on jets
