I have a thumb throttle from a 1984 honda 200sx. I like it much better than the lt250r throttle

use a lt500r clutch cable on the lt250r. they are longer to reach on those taller handlebars. they have the same ends so they will fit with out any mods.

if this actualy works, i would be interested in doing it to my 91. the front brakes are the ONLY thing i dont like about it. they are a horrible design and dont work for shit. drum brakes would of allmost been better.

well 2 things i have found cause bad front brakes 1) worn front brake lever it's amazing how much a little slop will affect the front brakes 2) bent spindle or caliper brkt squeeze the front brakes see if the caliper rocks is a dead give away to that some other things that can cause bad front brakes is loose wheel bearings 20 yr old rubber lines swelling check to see of you have a rocking caliper & try a new lever you will be surprised

well the banshee rear hubs on a 85-86 works great, as far as fit. havent rode them yet, but they fit tighter than the stock hubs so there should be a problem.

I think the 400ex a arms work on the 87-92. I got a set and they well bolt right up i just have to make sure the ball joint fits in the spindle. I well let you guys know when i get them on. They work out to be like a +2 maybe 2 1/2!!!!

just use 400ex spindles, brakes, and hubs... then you'll use a waymore common brake pad and the 400ex brake work so much better and the pads are easier to change.... and you can ru a way mroe common honda bolt pattern wheel up front..
