Hey guys,

Just installed a new throttle cable and my bike wouldnt start for at least 50 kicks then i clutched it and it started but it revs insanely high, and the only thing i could do to stop it was click it into 2nd gear and let it die

then i tried kicking it over and again the same procedure occured =\

what is wrong?

the throttle cable isnt stuck or anything, im guessing air leak?

But you didn't have a problem before the cable swap? Pull the air filter and check the carb slide.
The Blaster had that prob, turns out the calbe was being held up and slide was getting stuck open.
A dab of wd40 on the cable and whalllah... Spray carb cleaner around the gaskets and seals to search for air leaks!

Yea the slide may be in backwards,that would be my guess!
