i can bore it for 40 and sleeve it for 75 if you have the sleeve

What do you have to do to the intake skirt to mod it.

Dont use a polaris piston. FTZ sells a yz250 piston that is re-pinned to work with an lt250r,and they have like 3 or 4 overbore sizes that are bigger than the biggest size suzuki piston

to use the yz piston you have to take 1mm off the deck since the pin to timing edge is 1mm shorter on the yz & it will also affect port timing a yz piston is not just a drop in quick fix requires the porting to go along with it !

i think he was talking about a honda 310 cyl
but if it was a suzuki buy all means tell us more

someone needs to make a 310/330 kit for a lt250r again !
i know their were some made in the past but who made the sleeves & pistons ????
