from what iv heard its usally cheaper to go and buy a good used cylinder for it instead of getting yours resleeved.

As for resleeving...I know a few guys locally here that highly recommend LA Sleeve. They ride two strokes as well. They send the jug out to have resleeved...good turn around time and excellent work. www.lasleeve.com

Not affiliated with them at all...I started asking around since I am currently rebuilding my LT for the last time on the factory sleeve (2 mm over). I will need a resleeve next time, due to my porting in current cylinder, I would rather have it resleeved than go with new jug. HTH

Joe

I'm using the polaris piston with great success. the part # is wiseco 722M06970
The pin bearing # is B1014. I used 3 base gaskets because the piston is 1 mm taller and just mod the intake skirt. Runs great and is reliable.

LA sleeve does do a great job, just had the old 310 resleeved there. Go figure they make the cylinder and they do a nice job of resleeving it.
