Default Need Help With Clutch Promblem

Does Any Body Know What The Promblem Would Be Put A New Clutch In My Bike And It Feels Like Its Slipping The Bike Reves Out But Wont Move Fast. Its An Lt250 85. COULD THE CLUTCH BE OUT OF ADJUSTMENT
