you may just be better off trying to find a newer crank before tearing it all a prt and replacing the bearings IMO. Id compare the prices

take the motor out, split the cases and all that jazz.. IMO try to find a good bottom end or have a pro do it..

you need to have a shop install the rod, and true up the crank. a rod is about $70, and install should be around $40.

the rm80's are all basically the same from 89-00
