| i have a stock (except for a uni filter) 88 lt250. i want to make it as fast as a 450. has anyone heard anything good about trinity racing performance kits? if not what are some other good companies that make similar products. |

| It all depends on how much money is alot of money. Maintaining a 2 stroke is expensive enough. Once you get it all fixed up you should only ahve to do routine maint. on it. but I think it would hold up good.

| check out the post entitled "calling all lt owners" for some discussion on this topic. stay away from trinity. that's all i hear abou them. try lrd, ct, or for a great deal check out forward motion inc. eric gorr ports their cylinders and heads. does great work cheap. |

| I went 6yrs on the same top end on my 250 before it blew. I ported my own jug and with a pipe, jetting, removed airbox lig and 12/40 gearing I was able to holeshot and walk away from my friends 2003 shee that had boost bottle and reed spacer. Just put exhaust on it "Fatty" and a good port job. That'll wake that bike up. -Mark
