Default no spark on lt250r

new to this, so lets start by saying HI. my lt250r lost spark after riding about 6hr anybody know what to check for. i have a DVOM and work on small eng. i need a wire digram bad. any help would be great THANKS

This topic has been covered. Search the site. Test the stator. Maybe cdi. Maybe coil. Maybe wobbling flywheel trashing things.

As for wiring diagram might be one in the manual.

Did you change the plug? What plug are you using? These motors have weak stock stators and "V" type plugs are the bandaid.

A detailed description of what happened sometimes helps.

riding for about 6 hours then it just stoped, low on gas filled it up, no spark its a 1985, ck the coil may be short to ground. is the 85/86 manual on line thanks
