Problems with RM 125 96

my bike over heated all the coolant leaked out into the gear box i think and there wasnt much oil in there to begin with So atfirst i thought it overheated an blew a rod but nope. Strator nut moves fine and it moves in all gears so i dont think its a tranny problem i think its a clutch problem. The kick starter is siezed seems to be the only problem. Any thing you guys know that can help me or what you mite think it is would be helpful thanks
