Default Need Frame

Went to the welder today, and I was told they couldn't fix my frame. They said that the cracks would come back. 1st question...Could I have a machine shop fab, a new lt 250r frame? How muuch would that cost? OR>>>>any one looking to sell a lt 250R frame. I was building an 86 frame with 87 swing arm. I have a lot of 86 parts but willing to switch to 87 and up. I really need a good solid frame. i want to powdercoat it and need it to be free from cracks etc. Let me know what you have and how much you want. Thanks BTW I live in North eastern CT if that helps.
