1995 RM80 OIL Red

Hi i have a 95 rm80 and i just put in a new water impeller,seal, and gaskets,antifreeze oil. when i first rode it i checked the oil and it was fine after putting on about 20hours my oil lookes like strawberry milkshake. the oil was belrey 75w-80 hypoid gear oil. what is wrong? can it be the clutch plates wearing?

you said you were using belrey 75w-80 hypoid gear oil. I know in my manual it says don't use the hypoid oil it is for shaft driven units, that could be why. you should use Bel-Ray Gear Saver SAE 80 transmision oil. It is designed exclusively for use in two-strokes transmission. It is red by color. That is what i use it was recomeded from the dealer and Service repair manual.
