| on the quadzilla, clutch side, i had to remove the balancer to put in a new keyway, now all back together it still vibrates like a s.o.b, is there a certain way the balancer has to be installed, it spins freely until you put the gear on it then i dont know if it has to be in a certain way ???? please help, this shit is drivin me nuts. that and these stock carbs are pieces of junk too ! ![]()

| is there play in the bearings? i just had my lower end rebuilt on a lt250r and now it's smooth as can be. if any bearings are bad including the rod, it will cause vibration |

| put the engine on top dead center. youll notice a dot on the balancer gear and the crank gear they must line up or you will get a vibration.
