Post some quadracer port pics

well i know porting is of great interest to alot of you guys on here and alot of builders make you think its secret witchcraft and hocus pocus so i figured id post up some pics, for example heres some porting pics of a Suzuki lt250r i recently finished up for a member on here , this would be considered an all around reliable midrange port for fast trails gravel pits and play racing your riding buddies.

well this particular bike will be for pump gas and running an fmf pipe with a larger carb ,basicly a decent performing midrange pipe would accent this well such as LRD dynoport paul turner etc... this is would be for the guy who wants his 250 power amplified and broadened ...now a full tilt drag port would and should be much more aggresive in duration and size

its surprising what an old rusty hammer and chisel can do huh? best part is it didnt cost 300$+ or take 6 months to finaly get done

ahahha yea you do pretty good work for still using a hammer and chisel. Guess it just takes skill to be that good with some old ass equipment. Must be kinda hard to clean up those tight transfer ports

no theres actualy plenty of room to work on a 250 jug just gotta have the right tools for the job though it takes a micro mini 90 degree grinder ...an Eton 90 ....now thats a bitch to get i n and around the transfers
