Reading stator with multimeter

Just read the red/black & the black/white wires coming from stator and it read 321, so that means i got a bad source coil, right?

The specs in my clymers says that it should be between 330-500 for 85-86 LT250r's.

So if my source coil read 321 wouldn't that mean its bad?

IF sparkzillas has the OEM Manual I would go by that some times Clymers are off on their specs a little....

Sparlzilla, is your an OEM manual? My Clymers says 330-500 Ohms for 85-86. Or are the readings you gave for 87-up
