Default quadracer rear shock question

Hello have a quick question. I have an 87 quadracer. Also bought a 89 RMX250. Extra parts cam with the bike like a brand new rear shock. Will this fit the quadracer? Thanks

In mot sure if it will fit or not But...Evern if it would you will be very disappointed with the performance of the shock...That shock or any shock is valved and springed for a specific weight, and geometry of a particular suspension.

Well it was rebuilt for a 200 lb rider. It is aftermarket shock. Can not remember off hand. I picked the racer up for 50 bucks! All there. Just needs new top end and plastic. I was just curious.

50$!!!!!!!!!!!!!
That is one hell of a deal, I can never find dels that good either.
Even after the new top end and brand new plasitcs you will still have very little invested for a nice machine, very nice find!
