i just rebuilt it and i have no spark whatsoever what should i do / check?? thx

Did you mess with any of the wiring underneath the gas tank? Could have a loose connection. One time mine had an exposed wire and it would cut out when I turned right. lol. Found a bare wire that would hit the frame causing a ground out. -Mark

iv never actualy heard my zilla run lol i bought it as a basket case and split the engine and looked at it everything looked good and put it back togetehr and it wont spark i didnt check the magneto what should i look for in the magneto for anything wrong

try ohming out the stator coils. but first check to make suer all your connections are tight and that your teather is wired/workin correctly.

Do you have a Service Manual IF so it will Give You Ohm Readings for all the critical Electrical Parts...Use a Multi Meter And Check to see if the Ohm readings are are with in specs...
