99"rm250

my uncle knows a guy with a tow yard and he has a 99"RM250 sitting.
the bike from what im told is realy clean.but it nees the motor from the bottom end up.i gues the guy got it with out a cylinder.but he's willing to let it go for about 2 bills.
does any one know where i can get the parts i need afordably?
and what year cylinders are interchangable with the 99" bottom end.
are there any year cylinders that will give me more power than the 99"?

does any one know of any salvage sites that may have 99" rm250 cylinders?
i called chapparral to figure out the price and everything to get it running came out to be around $1,800.
once i get a cylinder and head,the bike can be put togethe fairly quick.
ive been on e-bay and they have nothing.

i just found a cylinder and head on ebay but its for a 98....
WILL A 98 TOP END WORK ON A 99 BOTTOM END!!!!???????
need to know fast so i know to bid or not.
help me out rm guys!!!!
