Ya it hasto be a bare jug when you send it to them. I got the power valve out but i need to know how to remove the head studs.

Spray some PB Blaster where the studs are threaded in the cylinder. You can buy PB Blaster at any auto-part shop, NAPA, Autozone etc.. I usually can get My cylinder studs out by wrapping a shop rag around the studs several times and clamping vise grips around the rag. Main thing is not to strip the threads. Where do You live in Virginia? I live near Fredericksburg.

Thanks for all your help. I use pb blaster on everything it wont rust stuff like wd40. I live in clintwood its in dickenson county about 30 minuts from kentuckey where is fredricksburg.

I tryed both ways of taking them out the vise grips and the nuts just sliped on the studs. The onley thing i managed to do was bur the threads up a little. I let them soke in pb blaster quite a while.

Fredericksburg is between Richmond and Wash. D.C.. Those studs must be on there Super Tight like Prom Night.
