Question need help with rm125

My suzuki 125 has all kinds of after market parts and and barely feels faster than my cr80 all my cr80 had was a shorty pipe.My 125 has full pro circuit exhaust system,uni pod filter,brand new piston,good compression on the kick start, and boyesen reeds.any suggestions of why this is like this?

My nephew has an 01 and that thing just plain out flys.We did however tune it last season and regeared it .If your bike seems slow it could just be a matter of gearing.What is your current set up now..You can always add a tooth or 2 to the front sprocket and that will increase top end speed .Or it could be way out of tune.Need more info year and mods done to it???
