1994 RM125 Clutch Not Enaging

I just replaced the clutch basket and clutch plates in my 1994 RM125. I have adjusted the lever on top of the clutch cover and adjusted the cable at the handlebars. The clutch still seems like it wont engage, if I drop it into first gear it will stall. When I put it in gear and hold the clutch the motor is still engaged.

The clutch install was preety straight forward, I think the only part I didnt replace was the pressure plate but I think I did (I did it in the middle of the winter, sorry for the bad memory lol).

Any Ideas? Has this happened to anyone after a clutch install?

I would play with that rod that goes through the cover and meshes up with the rack release but when you do it make sure you do it without the clutch arm / cable attatched.
