rm 250. thinking of getting

ok so ive been in search for mainly an rm250 for sale. Ive heard they have the best low-end power of all the 250's and i like low-end power. Im also looking for a bike that has black\colored wheels because i just dont like silver wheels, and they are too expensive to buy a set and take a lot of work to lace\true yourself. I found this bike. seems fine. obiously ill e-mail him and ask him some questions like when was the last time it's had a new topend and if its been bored and whatnot. it seems like a nice bike and i can fix the dent in the pipe easily. im just tired of this 4 stroke crap. its too expensive. mines in the shop now . i love my bike but im tired of all the cash i put into it.

yeh they are cool get a narly pipe and you can pull stumps up .. plow the back forty.. but yes the turn sharper then all to .. the best bottom... pure power fronm the get go....

Well Im a honda guy,but as a kid growing up,I always liked the rm 250's best of all dirtbikes.They have great low end,but also respectable top end as well!My buddy has a 89 RM 250 ported,piped ect and its a real fast ride!I had the 2001 CR 250 this year,it was piped and had a nice reed cage,but that damn RM would walk on it everytime.Good luck with it,I'm sure you'll love it!

I have a 2004 RM250 and it does make good low end power.

That's not a bad looking bike, i bet it rips. I had a YZ125 i loved it but traded it for the banshee

dang it. he sold it. ummm now there arent any bikes that are worth looking at that are close.

what about a 2001 kx250? are those any good? any problems with those bikes?

id get an 05 kx 250 that year kwasaki revamped the whole motor and it fuckin ripped an 01 wouldnt be bad though

well im still looking. i e-mailed somebody about an 2003 rm250 but never e-mailed back. theres a really really nice 2005 rm250 for sale close to me but the guys asking $4000 for it....
