Couple of questions

Will and 87-92 set fit on a 85-86
just curious.

The factory chain guards - Do they act as a skid plate for the sprocket and chain?
Mine doesn't have any and i was thinking about buying a used set from a guy.

Mechanical question:
I've got oil coming out of where the head pipe bolts up (i guess the gasket is bad), do 2-strokes normally put out a good but of oil from the exhaust? Or do i have a problem?

As for the skids, I'm not sure if they are the same but I would'nt think it would be too difficult to make them work if they are different. As for your head pipe just get some high temp silicone and put on your flange or get a new gasket. A little oil is normal with a 2 stroke.

If your asking about the seats, yes they do interchange

Yeah they do put out a little bit of oil. My neighbor has to wear different shoes cause oil leaks all over his shoes. So this is common.

The better the oil, the less the leakage. When using Klotz or Amsoil I rarely have even a drop leaking from my pipes. Used Castrol last weekend and had to wash my quad.
