Default tell me what you guys think

just about got my 91 quadracer done. bored 40 over.... with an RM piston(it gets rid of those wristpin circlips that can come out and cause major damage) port and polish, keihn 39mm carb ported and polished, v force reeds (kinda sucks with the plastic shit but they get it done) milled the head to 17cc. have to run jet fuel. thinkin about taking out the counterbalance. this guy completely tuned if for me. hes got it down. talkin about drilling jets and needles and making needles sharper. i think i got a pretty good deal tho. with all of the work i had done including teardown and assembly it was like 600 parts not inlcluded. and i found a place to get new kickstarter levers, shifters and anything you need. mrcycles.com. anything you need thats oem you can get it there. cant wait to tear up these guys with raptors that keep talking shit. let me know what you guys think. later

Mrcycles is okay if you talk them down about 25% or more. Thats where I got my last cylinder, but they wanted 315 at first and I paid 220 shipped. 600 seems a little high for the labor too, compared to my prices anyway.

Just to inform you the counterbalancer cannot be removed without having the entire rotating assembly balanced, which requires you to run the same piston everytime which inturn means the jug will have to be nikasiled so it doesnt need bored thus requiring a heavier piston thus wasting the balance job. And to make it even more fun the counter balancer runs from the clutch side clear over to the stator so if you removed it there would be two large holes connecting two different parts of your engine that are not supposed to be. EX tranny oil filling your stator cover. Just something for you to chew on.

I hope you mean thrust washers and not circlips, cause personally I think those little circlips are a pretty important part...correct me if I'm wrong...

Uh you must have circlips in there or the wrist pin will walk out into a tranfer port. If you dont have circlips then no you wont be beating a piped raptor or anything for that matter.

If you eliminated the thrust washers then yes you should beat a raptor, if you dont you have a very piss poor port job or shitty tuning.
