What size is the zilla carb? I'm thinking it would be overkill on a stock 250.

The 250 will take a 38mm I am putting either a 38 or 39 on mine. Mine is going to have a considerable amont of work done to it.

Well you can do it, however it's going to be very hard to jet it. Not to mention you won't gain anything with that big of a carb till them motor is ported and an exhaust is put on it.

My opinion it's not worth the headaches that you will get trying to get it to run right if you get it at all. You can try it but don't think you will find it to be a success.

A 38 is a little much for a unported LT. The stock 38 carb isnt that great of a carb either. It will fit in the LT250 boot but takes a lot of stretching and is a major pain in the ass the first time. Go ahead and try it. Most likely you will lose some throttle response and bottom end though.

As long as you can get it jetted properly, a 38mm carb should work just fine on a 250. After all, even the 125 MX bikes all come stock with a 38mm carb.

Yeah but it will fall all over it self at high RPM's because it has stock exhaust. All that air flow and no place for it to exit. thats just my opinion I say try it and find out can't hurt
