Default strange water leak

so i have coolant shooting out of the head bolts up around the nuts tightening it just seems to make it worse !

warped or cracked head ?

and if so if i just replace the head should i be ok ?
i mean does the cylinder itslef warp id hate to ruin a new head but dont wanna hafta replace cylinder if i can get away with it because then a havta replace piston too or get new cylinder bored out

anyway what u guys think the issue is and the best way to go

is there water coming out from under all of the nuts? head could be warped or the cylinder. didn't you have a few bad studs. pulling out from the cylinder? maybe you should try and find a used head and cylinder.

Did you pull off the head and check the gasket and look for other problems?

I had a very small leak around the bolts. I believe it to be just a normal leak because everything runs just fine. Put a little gasket maker on the threads and its all good now

Well another option is to have a machine shop mill the head flat and the cylinder. Probably only off 1/1000 so it won't effect anything and it shouldn't cost you to much. If you are going the new cylinder direction call 1-800-860-0686 Thats Dick Tracey's Motorsports I got my cylinder for my LT for $300 then I just got a cool head for $200

I wouldn't bore out a new cylinder, you would be wasting money by taking life out of it, so just bite the bullet and get a new piston kit with the cylinder.
