| Got 99 rm 250 bored to 310, vforce flutes, pipe plenty of motor. Bike was set up for motocross before I bought it. I don't do motocross I do hills. I need to know some of the things that can be tuned/ changed to optimize hill climbing. For example changing teeth of rear sprocket from 48-50 or changing ride height or spring rates etc. Thanks for any input. |

| gearing and suspension play a huge part in any type of racing ,you need torque and a fast power delivery(rpm) to hill climb . good porting and the right compression motor wise and gear accordingly and youll do well

| I don't know much, but I know a longer swingarm will definitely help with hillclimbing. That's pretty obvious, but at least I tried! ![]()
