Why is there so many hop ups for a honda trx250r compared to a Suzuki LT250??

The honda is a much better MX'er than the Suzuki LT250. It's just one of those things the better it gets adopted by the masses the more people would make parts for them.

That sucks cause the LT is a good strong quad. It might not be as good as the 250r but is still strong, but like you said it is hard to find aftermarket parts for. It is even harder to find parts for the 85-86 LT.

there are alot of aftermarket parts for teh LT you just hav to look for them a little more. what are you looking for??? i might be able to point you in the right direction

In terms of stock power they are very close. The Suzuki actually has a more aggresive hit then the Honda, which causes more loss of traction. And we all know thats not what you want. But the main reason is the geometry of the Honda frame. It's a lot better then the Suzuki. Which is why all the motocrossers eat them up, which in turn makes for a higher demand for the aftermarket companies.
