Is my 86 lt250 worth hooking up!!!

Well i recently bought a 86 250r.It is sweet .I picked it up for $1800..It has front and rear douglas wheels with ITP s up front with Maxxis in rear.Dura blue extended rear axle with a fmf fatty pipe and silencer.I have a nice brand new racing carb in the box to put in that came with it.I have new plastics on order but i am concerned about the Banshee hype around hear.I rode one when i had my 2001 raptor and it was about the same as my raptor.They were neck and neck when racing but the banshee felt a lot faster but when we ran em it was very close.I now have an 86 lt250r and it seem pretty mean.It is worth hooking up!!!

ok the raptor is probably faster than you LT. your Lt is probably alot more fun to ride conseidering that the LT never suffered broken a arms and foamy rear brakes. and oh yeah a banshee will smoke a rapcrap any day of the week. i have a stock shee with t5's and i gave a raptor 10 lenghts and still whiped his ass with a gear to go. oh yeah the banshee hype is for a reason THEY F*CKING RIP. anyway i'm not sure what you mean is your LT worth hooking up?

Is it going to be quick enough for me.Will it out do the rappy i ha.I probably should of bought a quadzilla.I have a GSXR 1000 all hooked up so nothing i buy entertains me long in the woods.Maybe i should of got a 500 or a shee...

keep the LT no sence in selling ti right away. oh yeah if you build a quad correctly it can keep you plenty interested in the woods even if you have a a gsxr1000

I'd mod the thing out. whether you do or don't it will still be more fun then riding that RapTurd. But it sounds to me like you like speed so mod that bitch.

I say build the LT and finish it up, then sell it (for way more than 1800) and then buy a banshee. All other ideas aside, is it worth it? Does a bear crap in the woods? Hell yes! =)

I say mod it. I have a 86 LT and I am in the middle of adding some mods to mine but funds are tight right now. I think you will be very happy with it once you get it how you want it. If you have any q's just ask.
