hitting the head

ok i have a 87 lt500 i just had it bored 100 over and the piston was coming up and hitting the head and i couldnt budge iot so i called my suzukie dealer and they ordered me a .100 over bore gasket kit which i didnt order the first time and i just come in from the building and the piston is still hitting the head and wont budge does anyone know what cold be wrong with it and what i should od bout it and o yeah the rod bearings are perfect in it so i know it aint that cause there new but if asnyone could help me i would appreciate it

did you have the cyl decked??? if it was decked that would make the piston move closer to the head. that might be your problem. to fix it see if you can find a thicker head gasket. i know they make them for some quads.
