| ok i have a 87 zilla and one of the circlips come out of the piston or broke either one im not really sure but it made some grooves up my sleeve and it is already bored .100 over and we took and i put some jb weld in it and smoothed it out and then let it harden and then sanded it down and i cant feel the grooves any more but i was going to take it tomorrow and have it honed and smoothed back out and just put some rings on the piston and slap it back together and tr it does anyone think it will work or have any idea if it is even worth trying tell me what ya all think |

| I would sleeve it back to a 500. I just did one today. The only problem with the big bore on that is the parts are getting hard to get and there is not enough domand anymore to do a production run on them. Scott |
