lt250r backfiring extremly hard!!

hey guys...my lt250r is back firing like a son of a gun!the kickstarter comes up so hard i cant kick it over again cuz my ankle is that much pain?what should i do?and whats my problem?timing????give me some suggestions

try changing the spark plug sometimes it's that simple

Don't let it backfire too much cause the crankseals could blow out then you will be in a whole nother mess of work. I've seen that happen on banshees and snowmobiles alike and it sucks.

It probably does have to do with your timing. Like he said, check your plug and replace it if necessary, then check your wiring because it might be shorting out and causing it to spark at the wrong time. Next (I know nothing about a LT250, ive only seen one from a distance), If it has 2 cylinders then maybe your plug wires are mixed up. Next check your points and condensers or magneto or whatever it has because that might be off.
