Jetting issues

On my zilla I put 45 as the idle and a 380 as a main. It's still not smoking as much as it should. But I went riding and the it was pretty hot(weather) I was on the gas hard when I heard a little break up on the high end. I let off and shut it down. Should I go up to a 390 main or even higher say 410? My mixture was 28:1. I run alittle richer mixture in the FL summer heat. Any advice? Thanks. -Mark

What does your plug look like?

It's actually on the darker side of brown. I was thinking it was gonna be white when I pulled it out. Weird. -Mark

Well that don't sound to bad then. I would try a ratio of 32:1 though. It isn't much of a differece than what you have now but might a little better than what you are running now.
