?4130 chromoly tubing?

i need a little help deciding what kind of tubular chromoly steel to use for my swingarm.i have seen 1in 1 1/4in. and 1.5in.O.D. for sale..the thickness is .065,which seems a little thin..this will be on my drag quad though and doesn't need to be super strong.i will be using the stock mounting point at the front and rear of the swinger.i just want to lighten it up..i extended it +4 with steel already and damn its heavy.i will be using a MIG and my average welding ability..any input appreciated..thanks.

My drag frame is .065 chromoly 1" inch tube work great .
Welding chromoly steel must be weld by tig welder or it will crack the weld.
That was what I was told.

really? i thought i heard that it could be mig welded..damn..
