Replacing Swing-arm bearings

What do you guys know about replacing swing arm bearings? I'll bet you are all pros at it judging by the amount of wheelies in the video(s). Waaaaaay cool though!!

just press them out and out in new ones. some may be harder depends on how long they were in there and how shot they are.
