Default dirtwheels first test tecate 4

i was really interested looking for this after reading the trx250r first test that bansheekx posted. there have been a few new t4 owners here on the site recently and i love t4's so i figured that a few of us would appreciate this.

No prob dude. I was curious to read it myself. I did find it interesting that they said it lacked bottom end power when compared to the R though. I always figured they had good low end power with the powervalves.

kinda makes me wonder why the T4 was such a short lived romance. it was a cool machine that alot of people would like to get their hands on now days. i think all the smoker quads shoulda had the same run as the blaster and banshee.

If only the manufacturers (besides yammy) had some balls!!! It must've sucked in the 90's to have to pick from a 400ex or warrior if you wanted a "sport Atv" and didn't want a Banshee or blasty.

At least the pokers nowadays actually make some power. My first 4 wheeler was a 300ex. I could walk faster than that thing

Thanks for posting that up. I bet that was hard to find! I never realized that the tecate's were that narrow at 39'' on the front end.

Thanks for posting that man. I have a few old mags with tecate articles but no scanner.

    Coolest 2 stroke ever made.

Can't see him but there is a guy on a banshee under all that roost.
