Default Hauler Paddles

what do you guys think of them? Every one tells me that there the best, but i found out that they are made by taking old tires of and skinning them and then glueing or melting (im not sure) there paddles on them. my friend has a set that are kendas. what do you guys think of this? are they still really good tires?

I don't know whether thats true or not but retreads are a decent tire when the entire carcass has been remolded. I'd imagine that if they ARE retreads, then they have been remolded. It's hard to find a used tire that hasnt got a damaged bead.

I have used and abused both sets of my hauler paddles and they have held up throughout the years they are the best in my opinion they hook up like mad and are made to withstand the abuse.

they are not used. they are new tires that have been shaved down. haulers are the best sand tire bar none. anything else is seccond rate. depending on the amount of power you are putting to the ground, you can choose between any combonation of tire hights widths and # of paddles, including paddle thicknesses. and they are vulcanized, not glued.

Haulers are the way to go if you have a 2 stroke, and They also seem to work good on the 450 4 strokes also. Yes they are made that way, BUT its not exactly gluing or melting, its a process called vulcanization, when its done it is really a permanent part of the tire again. They "glue" the paddles on with what looks like rubber cement, but it has other chemicals in it and then it gets heated up and its kinda like welding rubber, so to speak. You won't tear a paddle off one, and in the rare case that you do, you needed to get one with more paddles on it. =) They can be replaced, i believe. guess I should have read terboed's post haha

i have 20" 9 paddle extremes, the hook up is insane, and almost too good from a dead stop. i have to do a full throttle dump to get it out of the hole fast, and it almost comes back on me.
